Why a Garden?
If you told the 13 year old Trinda (myself) that gardening was in the future in a big way, she'd have laughed out loud. Now though, all those childhood chores have become a place of peace and purpose.
My husband and I bought our 20 acres of land, built our house, planted trees and moved in back in 2010.
We often wondered what we should do with those 20 acres. However, every time we talked about selling part of it, I could never imagine parting with it and now I am so glad we didn't!
As our kids grew up and moved out, we found we had more time and our gardens kept growing, in both yield and size! (A little pun for you.)
So, here I am. Jumping head first into a life that I love and dream about!
